Custom & Personalized Products
Because our products are custom-made and personalized, we generally do not accept return or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the proof you approved.
Approval Process
Before printing, we send a digital proof(via email) for customer approval.
production will only start after your confirmation.
Cancellations or changes are only allowed within 12 hours of purchase. After this period the design process may have already started, and changes are no longer guaranteed.
Design Fee Deduction
Each order includes a custom design stage( e.g., transforming your uploaded photo into a painting-style artwork).
- If you request a cancellation or refund after the design proof has been created but before production begins, a non-refundable design fee $20 will be deducted from your refund.
- Once you have approved the design proof and production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@amoraarts.com. Include your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description. We will either provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund ( excluding the design fee if applicable ).
Incorrect Information Provided by Customer
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or low-resolution images, typos in personalized text, or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. Please carefully review all details before submitting your order.
Gift Collection Items
Ready-made gift items (non-personalized) such as mugs, tote bags, and accessories are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
To initiate a return: Contact us at support@amoraarts.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
