Do you keep the photos I upload?
(For personalized portrait products only — excludes Artful Gifts & Gift Collection Bundles) Your photos are only used for creating your artwork. We store them securely and delete them within 30 days after your order is completed.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Do you accept returns?
Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll send a replacement free of charge.
What kind of photos work best?
(For personalized portrait products only — excludes Artful Gifts & Gift Collection Bundles) Please upload high-resolution images (300 DPI or higher), well-lit photos, centered subjects, unedited originals in JPEG or PNG format. Photos that are blurry, pixelated, or smaller than 2000px on the shortest side may not produce good results.
Will I see a preview before printing?
(For personalized portrait products only — excludes Artful Gifts & Gift Collection Bundles) Yes. We provide a digital preview by email and you can request one round of revision before final production.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real-time. You can also track your order through the Shop app for live updates, or log in to your account to view your order status anytime.
How long does shipping take?
United States: Economy shipping 5–8 business days. Please note: This does not include production time (Design: 1–2 business days + Production: 2–4 business days.)
Do you offer express shipping?
At this time, we don't offer express shipping. We make sure every order is delivered in the safest and most efficient way possible.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are sent to production quickly, so changes/cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.
